Introduction
What is present? You might be thinking how meaningless question it is. You may answer present means i am here i.e. the incomplete answer of present. Being present actually means you are aware of the moment right now what is happening around you i.e. you are living consciously and aware of each moment you are living right now, aware of your breathe and feeling that each moment is precious and gift to us. You realise you are grateful how wonderful life it is. Living in here and now means you are not worried about past and future you are completely here fully absorbed in this present moment i.e. in this moment i am writing this beautiful and amazing blog for all the beautiful people.
Benefit of being present
Being present has a whole lot of benefit for you. I am listing out few:
1) It makes you a more grateful and mature individual.
2) Living in the moment increases your consciouness or awareness level.
3) Being present makes you a worry no more.
4) Being present teaches you to be at peace with yourself and with everyone around you.
5) Going with the flow makes you a happy person.
6) Present moment changes your view in a way you are viewing world right now around you.
7) Makes you more humble and compassionate human being
8) Reduces your stress and you start enjoying the life i.e. happening right now.
9) You know better how to handle things with your degree of awareness.
10) You know when to make time for yourself.
This are few benefits i have listed out. It is a matter of experience. Try to experience it and live in it and absorb in it completely go with the flow.
What are some of the challenges of being present?
There challenges as well in this world of chaos to be present fully in this passing or coming moments. I am listing out few of the challenges we face on a daily basis:
1) We don't have time for anyone not even for ourselves.
2) We always count negative experience that happened to us.
3) Lack of awareness in our daily routine activities.
4) We tend to overthink for future which is unseen and the past which is gone.
5) We tend to forget to live this present day. A new day which is full of life and love.
6) We never count on what we have like great health or great family we have.
7) We forgot that nature exists around us. It is here only we are not connected to it.
8) We are getting disconnected with ourselves and with the divine energy.
What are some tips for being more present in everyday life?
There are numerous tips to be more present in now but the degree of awareness is important to experience the miracle of present moment i.e. to be here and now.
1) Practice mindfulness
Observe your surrounding environment, while communicating, while doing any task. Be observant of what you are doing and thinking in this moment. Be a ardent observer of your life.
2) Practice gratitude
Every morning when you wake up be grateful for whatever you have right now with you whether it is great health, great family & friends, good house, good spouse etc be more and more grateful for having all the loveable beings still with you.
3) Forgiveness:
Don't get stuck in your past or future events i.e. try to be forgiving and be easy with yourself learn and move forward in life for betterment and happiness.
4) Practice Meditation
Practice meditation in solitude. Take some time for your inner true self and get to know yourself better and better. Get connected with the divine within you.
5) Getting connected with nature
Go in nature or simply take a walk to your nearest park to keep your connectedness alive and vibrant. Spend sometime with trees and plants. You can go to beach as well to feel relax & being rejuvenated.
6) Bring consciousness in you
Consciousness is all around us. It's a only matter for you to take a pause for sometimes and see how beautiful things are in your life. You can raise it by doing yoga , meditation or prayer or by getting connected with nature. Just breathe and let the consciousness flow in you.
7) Fun activities:
Do mindful activities to feel more calm and connected in your space like you can listen to music mindfully while relaxing etc you can play sports as well do fun activities whatever you like to do. Do one thing at a time to improve your present moment experience you are having right now.
You can practice any of this thing which makes you feel more centered, connected and alive within. You can include all this activity in your everyday life to become more present and a mindful or conscious being.

Present is more powerful than you think. It makes you calm and happy individual from inside. It makes you forget that happened with you in past or going to happen in future.
